Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern the use of Daily Shorts Publisher (the “Service”), operated by Marco Rau in Germany. By authorizing an account, you agree to these terms.

Purpose

The Service assists authorized creators and account owners with preparing, reviewing, scheduling and publishing original short-form videos. Access may be limited during the private beta.

Account authorization

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for account security, the permissions you grant and activity performed at your request. You can revoke TikTok access through TikTok's account settings.

Content responsibility

You must have all rights and permissions needed for videos, images, music, narration, trademarks and other material submitted for publication. Content must comply with applicable law, TikTok's terms, community rules and developer policies. Misleading, infringing, unlawful, abusive or artificially manipulative content is prohibited.

Publishing control

The Service publishes only to an explicitly authorized account. Platform availability, review, processing and distribution are controlled by TikTok. Publication timing and reach are not guaranteed, and TikTok may reject, restrict or remove content.

Availability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change or be suspended to protect accounts, address platform changes or maintain compliance. No guarantee is made that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of reach, revenue, data or opportunity caused by platform decisions, external services or unauthorized account use. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Termination

Access may be suspended for misuse or policy violations. You may stop using the Service and revoke authorization at any time.
